Going to National History Day

Winners at Vermont History Day can qualify to attend National History Day. The 2023 National History Day national contest is scheduled for Sunday, June 11 - Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the University of Maryland-College Park. The registration deadline will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:59 pm.

The registration deadline is also the submission deadline for students with websites and papers, including project paperwork (process paper and annotated bibliography). New for 2023, students with performances, exhibits, and documentaries must also submit project paperwork (process paper and annotated bibliography) by the registration deadline.
